This is known as the oldest and most famous neighborhood which is also known as Vieux Carré. For almost 300 years, it has been the center of the city that is situated close to the Mississippi River banks. Established in 2000, the museum has been the center of tourism in the city because people from different parts of the globe are interested to discover important parts of history. There are collections of classical to modern jazz music exhibits that can change from time to time. Inside is the work of the famous jazz artist Louis Armstrong and the first-ever jazz music that was recorded using a disc way back 1917.
